Phillip is a commercially focused and hands-on financial leader who brings a practical, strategic approach to business growth and performance. As CFO of McGrath West, Northwest, Northern Districts, Hills, Hawkesbury & Projects, he works closely with the Group Principal, General Manager and senior leadership team to align financial strategy, operational performance and capital allocation with the Group’s broader growth ambitions.
Working across the Group’s eight offices, Phillip partners closely with office owners, agents and operational teams to ensure finance is embedded in the business rather than operating as a traditional back-office function. His focus is on turning financial data into meaningful insights that support better decision-making, stronger accountability and sustainable growth.
Drawing on more than a decade in commercial banking, supported by a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Master of Applied Finance, Phillip brings a structured, commercially minded and risk-aware perspective to cashflow management, forecasting, acquisitions, budgeting and capital allocation across a complex multi-entity environment. He is particularly focused on building scalable systems, processes and reporting frameworks that provide the foundations for growth while remaining practical and sustainable in day-to-day operations.
