Peter was extremely knowledgeable about the local market and impressed us from our first meeting with his thorough preparation. He had a strong understanding of comparable sales and recent market activity, which gave us great confidence. Peter was professional, responsive and easy to deal with at every stage and ultimately achieved an auction result that we were very happy with, particularly given the significant downturn in the market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Peter!
