Our initial call to Sam made us feel important, valued and welcomed. We could feel he made it a top priority to meet us on short notice on a 40 plus degree day on a Friday late afternoon. Sam is a great communicator filled with wisdom and knowledge. All our questions answered and made us feel at ease at all times. Our communication with Sam over the last few weeks has been excellent. He responds very quickly and we feel looked after at all times. Thank you for going above and beyond 4 us.
