Mark was a pleasure to work with. He streamlined the details of our purchase so we had very little to do ourselves. Mark was at all times courteous, professional and highly efficient, but also very warm and friendly. He enabled access whenever we needed it; always on time. He gave us good, reliable advice as to the property itself, and was always honest. We felt safe with him. Mark established a good working relationship with our solicitor and enabled us to settle early.
