From the very beginning, Mark was friendly, approachable, and highly professional. He kept me well informed throughout the purchasing process, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. What I particularly appreciated was his flexibility and willingness to accommodate my requests to revisit the property so I could assess repairs before settlement.
