Brett and Lauren both delivered an excellent campaign in a declining and saturated market. In a market where the buyers have more power due to the media spin on the situation, Brett’s delivery and to the point negotiating with the buyer got the deal done in less then 7hrs from when the buyer first saw the property. Lauren’s communication and feedback from opens week-in week-out left us with no further questions to ask or left us with any doubt that there was a viewer out there not being chased.
