David helped me with what I knew would be a challenging sale. There was a tenant with a lease in place and some construction happening in the complex. Knowing this, David took it on. He kept me well informed throughout the entire process and maintained a great relationship with the tenant and myself. The sale price was exactly in the range we had discussed and slightly higher than I was expecting. The support staff were also great. I look forward to dealing with David and his team in the future.
