Joe is such a patient, friendly, supportive and an understanding professional; exactly what a first home buyer needs. He is not just knowledgeable, but also very responsive, which made the whole experience so seamless. I inspected the property few times, and still managed to sign the contract within a week from the first inspection, which would have not been possible w/out him staying on top of it all that too w/out pushing and rushing you.
